Cancellation and Revision Policy
•        In order to cancel or revise a reservation, a notification must be sent to Landmark Mekong Riverside Hotel. Unless otherwise notified separately by the HOTEL or stated on your confirmation email, bookings may be cancelled or postponed without penalty up to 2 week prior to arrival DATE Cancellations or revisions received after these cut-off periods may result additional fee of one night’s room charge.
•        No show on the day of arrival date will be charged for full amount inclusive of local Government taxes and service charges. 
•        “Booking and Cancel by phone call” activation, a valid cancellation or revision is considered when received in writing including mail, e-mail or fax. Acceptance information provided by the HOTEL is a confirmation of your cancellation.
